TAEP Account Portal

The TAEP Account Portal is NOT used for applying for TAEP cost share. The portal is an account management system that allows TAEP participants to:

  • View account details – contact information, previous participation, and status of application & reimbursement activity
  • Submit reimbursement request – the upload function is available from February 15 thru 11:59 CST on the date of the program deadline

IMPORTANT

  • TAEP Account Portal is NOT USED for applying. 
  • Applications ARE NOT available in the portal.
  • An account IS NOT necessary to apply for TAEP. 
  • New applicants WILL NOT be able to create an account. The TAEP Producer Number (TPN) and TAEP ID# are created when the applicant’s first TAEP application is processed.

Reimbursement Request Upload

The upload function will be available starting February 15, 2025 and ending at 11:59 PM CST on the day of the program deadline. Please allow two business days for your reimbursement request to be marked as received within your account.

  • All purchases must be completed before uploading reimbursement request. 
  • All document uploads must be in PDF format. This includes reimbursement documents (Doc A, B, and Form W9), receipts/invoices, and other additional documentation, if applicable. 
  • Pictures may be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format. Pictures of reimbursement documents (Doc A, B, and Form W9) will not be accepted.
  • It is important to upload all of your reimbursement paperwork at the same time. Uploading partial reimbursement requests is discouraged. Refer to reimbursement checklist on Document B.
  • You will receive an email notification, to the email on file, for each upload submitted. This email is proof the upload was received. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox.
