ePlan is the department's online grants management platform and serves as the reimbursement system for over $8 billion in state and federal funding for local education agencies (LEAs), state special schools, non-public schools, charter schools, and community-based organizations.

ePlan provides access to grant funding applications, data and information collection tools, and monitoring instruments. The platform also houses the LEA Document Library, which promotes continued collaboration and communication by providing a secure method to share documentation between organizations and the department.
