The proposed amendments to Chapter 1200-03-02 and 1200-03-26 will revise, add, and delete provisions pertaining to Tennessee’s Title V fee program funding mechanisms, adopt fees for General Permits, and make miscellaneous changes to construction annual fee rule.  The hearing will be conducted in the manner prescribed by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, Tennessee Code Annotated sections 4-5-201 to -231 and will take place at 1:00 PM Central Time on August 11, 2023, in Conference Room 15A of the William R. • There will be a public hearing on June 23, 2023, at 9:00 AM Central time to consider the annual evaluation and revision of the State of Tennessee’s Annual Monitoring Network Plan required by 40 CFR 58.10. There will be a public hearing before the Technical Secretary of the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board (Board) for the promulgation of amendments to the Tennessee air pollution control rules under the authority of Tennessee Code Annotated, section 68-201-105.  The proposed amendments to Chapter 0400-30-39 will adopt by reference applicable federal New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) from 40 C.F.R.
