How to Register
To enroll in any of the below classes or seminars, submit a registration form with the appropriate fee. If you want to register for multiple classes or seminars you must submit a separate registration form for each.
No class registrations will be subject to additional late fees. However, all fees are non-refundable.

A confirmation email will be sent to the student 2-3 weeks before the course start date.
All classes at the Fleming Training Center are from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm CST
Tutoring sessions are held in 3 hour slots. Check the time listed for the course you select.

Online Courses
Classes offered virtually will be listed as "Web" in the location columns found in the sections below.
- To verify attendance, students attending online classes will be required to use a camera and microphone.
- All course materials will be emailed to the student before the start date. We will use the email address that was provided on the registration form.
The Fleming Training Center conducts web-based classes through Microsoft Teams.

Tutoring Sessions

FTC offers tutoring sessions for individuals who are currently working toward obtaining a certification and need additional assistance in studying for the certification exam.

Septic Installer Training
Description / Services you will be permitted to provide
Conventional Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems Installer Permit - Installing, altering, extending or repairing a conventional septic system (conventional and conventional substitute products).
Alternative Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems Installer Permit - Additional fee for each type of alternative system (LPP, mound, oxidation lagoon, ATS/SSD) you would like to be permitted to install, alter, extend or repair.

Once you have passed examination, permit applications can be found here: Septic Installer, Pumper and Land Disposal Permits.
This course and examination are provided free of charge at the Fleming Training Center. Therefore, a minimum of 5 students are required to provide this training.
If a class does not meet that threshold, students will be contacted to reschedule.
This course and examination are provided free of charge at the Fleming Training Center based upon interest.
