All County Health Departments in Tennessee provide the following Basic Health Services:  Breast & Cervical Cancer Screenings, Breastfeeding Support, CHANT (Community Health Access and Navigation in Tennessee), Family Planning, Health Education, Immunizations, GIFTS (Growing Inside Free of Tobacco and Smoking), Newborn Screenings, Oral Health Promotion, Nutrition Counseling, Pregnancy Testing, STD/HIV Screening & Treatment, TennCare Presumptive Eligibility Program, Tobacco Cessation, Tuberculosis Control, Vital Records, Votor Registration, Well-Child Screenings, & WIC (Women, Infants & Children)

Tennessee's County Health Departments offer many services to the communities they serve, to include: Oral Health Promotion, Health Education and Promotion, Supporting Healthy Communities, Restaurant and Pool Inspections, Community Emergency Response, Insurance Marketplace Enrollment Assistance.  The list of County Health Departments below also includes a legend where Primary Care Services (*) and Dental Services (**) are also available.
