In order to keep our stakeholders, colleagues, and grantees/potential applicants informed about our program and important aging information, the TDH Office of Patient Care Advocacy has created a bi-monthly newsletter. Readers will find out more about what's happening in our office, successful culture change programs in our state and across the nation, and additional learning opportunities related to the elder population. In every issue, there will be an opportunity for readers to submit a "Culture Change Success Story" highlighting a program or project which has demonstrated success in long-term care or community-wide setting. Most issues will feature upcoming conferences and include important updates about the Tennessee Civil Monetary Penalty Quality Improvement Program.
