  • Donate four sick leave days at enrollment

Enrolling for New Membership

Sick Leave Bank enrollment opens every year from August 1 to October 31.

Applying for Sick Leave Bank Grants

Sick Leave Bank Members must apply in Edison via this path:

Forms & Resources 

* An agency must submit a Withdrawal Request Application for employees. The employee submits the request to their agency's SLB Coordinator. The coordinator then applies Edison.
