The Compensation Center of Excellence (COE) is a comprehensive, collaborative, strategic, and consultative approach to Tennessee State Government compensation. We work to optimize an agency's ability to attract and retain top talent. Agencies collaborate with the Compensation COE to make long-term compensation solutions. We offer specialized support, consultation, best practices, and market research analysis to assist agencies in compensation planning.
