Women in Law Enforcement Conference
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is proud to present the 2025 Women in Law Enforcement Conference! This year's conference will take place at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown. The conference will begin at 10 a.m. CDT on Monday, April 14, and will conclude at noon CDT on Wednesday, April 16.

Draft Agenda and Travel Justification
The draft 2025 Women in Law Enforcement Conference Agenda and fillable Travel Justification Letter are below. The final conference agenda will be posted here and emailed to all attendees after registration has closed.
Conference Registration
Registration cost is $500 per attendee and closes on March 14, 2025.
Breakout Session Registration
Closer to the conference, we will send out a link to a survey allowing you choose the breakout sessions you would like to attend. The breakouts will have limited seating, so make sure to complete your survey quickly to guarantee you can attend the sessions that speak to you.
Onsite Registration Check In
The registration area will be in the Platinum Ballroom Foyer and will be staffed daily for any questions or needs that may arise during the conference. Conference registration will be from 1:00PM – 5:00PM on Sunday, April 13, and from 7:00AM – 4:30PM on Monday, April 14.
Lodging
The Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown is located at 623 Union Street, Nashville, TN 37219. Hotel check-in time is 3:00PM CDT and check-out time is 11:00AM CDT. This newly renovated hotel in the heart of Music City is pet-friendly, has on-site parking, and bike rentals!
There is a block of rooms available at the conference rate of $299/night. The room block will close March 21, 2024. There are a limited number of rooms available, so register today. A link to reserve your hotel room will be included in your confirmation email.
Parking
On-site parking is available at a cost of $55 per day self-park, and $65 per day valet. They also have electric vehicle charging stations available.
Dress Code
The dress code for the conference is business casual. Polos and utility pants/khakis are also acceptable. There will be a group photo on Monday right before lunch at noon. Please wear your seasonal class A uniform for this photo if possible.
Meals
Several meals will be provided during the conference, they are lunch Monday, breakfast and lunch Tuesday, and breakfast Wednesday.
