Managed Care Organizations
You can use the tool below to help find a medical provider. To find out if your doctors or other healthcare providers take TennCare, contact your Managed Care Organization. Or, visit TN Gov Medical Provider Lookup. Your Managed Care Organization is also called your health plan.
The name of your health plan can be found on your TennCare Card. You must contact your health plan if you lose your TennCare Card. The contact information for each health plan is listed below.
Health Plans
All 3 Managed Care Organizations for TennCare have passed the NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) accreditation process. This process ensures that TennCare members receive the optimum level of healthcare while also controlling costs and meeting government and purchaser requirements. NCQA is the most widely-recognized accreditation program in the United States. Results of TennCare’s Health Plan Accreditation can be found below.
