Sharecare's Destination Steps Challenge
Feb. 1-28
Pack your bags - we're stepping through Ikaria, Greece!
Track 7,000 steps a day for 21 days from Feb. 1-28 to unlock and virtually visit scenic locations along Ikaria, Greece.
Don't worry. Getting your steps in is easier than you think. Take an extra lap around the block with your dog, try for a few more minutes on the treadmill or convert your daily activities to get credit for things like housework, yoga or riding a bike.
The first 100 employees to complete the challenge will be eligible to receive a fun prize!
How to join the challenge:
- Log in to your Sharecare account or register at stateoftn.sharecare.com.
- Find Challenges under the Achieve icon.
- Look for Destination Challenge Ikaria, Greece, and click Join Challenge.
- Track your progress via the interactive virtual map and unlock the fun content along the way.

Cupid Shuffle Dance Break

This dance break is fun for all fitness levels. No special equipment or attire is needed. Cameras are not required, but feel free to join with your cameras on if you want to! Invite your coworkers and make it a team building event! Please sign this liability waiver before participating.

You can expect a livestreamed workout video handpicked by the Department of Children's Services wellness council members. Equipment needed varies from none to light/medium hand weights.
