This comprehensive training program is designed for professionals with prior claims-adjusting experience. It offers an in-depth curriculum covering a wide range of advanced topics. Successfully completing this program provides a thorough understanding of Tennessee claims processes, requirements, and best practices.

Virtual Classes

Our virtual training sessions have been highly effective and attract adjusters nationwide. To maintain an interactive training environment, we keep class sizes small and utilize Microsoft Teams so participants can engage directly with our instructors. 

Benefits of Virtual Training: 

  • Offered multiple times per year. 
  • Lower financial, time, and travel commitments. 
  • Flexibility to attend from any location. 

Key Details:  

  • Duration: One week (two sessions per day)  
  • Schedule: Two 90-minute* sessions held daily (Monday to Friday) – one in the morning and one in the afternoon 
  • Participation: Sessions include interactive activities utilizing voice and chat features in MS Teams. Attendees are encouraged to interact with presenters and ask questions. Cameras are optional.  
  • Certification:  To earn 'Certified Adjuster' status, participants must attend all sessions and pass the final exam.  For a more detailed description of this class, visit our What to Expect page.

In-Person Classes 

We plan to offer one in-person training session annually in Nashville for those who prefer a traditional classroom setting. 

Benefits of Training In-Person: 

  • Direct, face-to-face interaction with instructors and peers 
  • Networking opportunities with other professionals 
  • Immersive learning environment away from daily distractions

Key Details: 

  • Duration: Two full days
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM each day
  • Lunch Break: Lunch is provided during the one-hour break on both days 
  • Requirements: To earn 'Certified Adjuster' status, participants must attend both days and pass the final exam.

Training Fees 

Virtual Training: $99* per attendee, covering all class sessions, the exam, and a copy of the Tennessee law book. 

In-Person Training: $159* per attendee, covering venue, food, and materials.

*A 2.29% convenience fee is added for online payments. Checks must be received before training begins.
